The providers are typically not BBFS friendly, repeat visits may help and the ones who offer are normally more matured (but still look good), but no up-charge. YMMV.

I have used SAG and TokyoGirls as my reference last year, but the new agency I was trying to get in told me neither responded, so I gave up.
