I think the main part of it is any known prostitutes can be arrested for just being in the "zone" the cops don't have to wait and catch them in the act they can just arrest them, I think they do the same thing for "johns" if your arrested for soliciting a pro, you can be arrested for just being in the zone (and they will have your license late on file) I thinnk you can get a card or a legal form you can carry around that will let you in the zone if you have a good reason, but they can still stop you and ask you for that form and make sure your there for the reason your supposed to be. I can't ever remember seeing anything on this site about Monroe I used to cruise it because it was close to work but that was probably 5 hrs ago after never finding anything I moved on is there still anything happening in the area? Well I was waiting until I had something positive to say but since everyone is inquiring about her here is the details. The number she gave me is the right number however everytime I call her she is not in town. Once she was in Salisbury and another time in statesville.
