Bunny Factory / Strawberry Club doesn't provide ages for their "models", but TER does and that site states that Venus' age is 21-25. I would say that Venus' age is more in the 30-35 range. Most of the time they are slightly older or the face doesn't match exactly. Sometimes, a little more rarely but still happens, the person is actually better looking in person that in the photos.

That being said, with BF I've never felt like the discrepancy has been that large compared to some other agencies I've seen in different cities. Most all of the bunnies were between a 6 to a 9 and the lower end is what I would normally expect to see in an AMP in Orlando if that gives you a scale.
