I just had one of my regulars show me a guy paid her that much. It was a little different, he requested someone there to watch and she asked me but I saw him give her the amount for a quick visit.
That is not how we keep the prices down. We really have control here in Atlanta. There is a ton of quality providers.

If popups are a consistent issue with you on this board:
Number one: Don't use Internet Explorer. Especially if your computer is running software older than Windows 7 or 8. Other browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Opera etc (if you say you use Netscape, that's cute) are simply more secure by design. Secondly, these other browsers will have 'plugins', 'addons' or 'extensions' available for FREE that you can add which will suppress the great majority of ads and pop-up's. NoScript is a mandatory addon for me on Firefox; it disables Java scripts on websites. Firefox also has pretty decent built-in adblocker, so if a site tries to pull up a pop-up on you, it'll tell you it's trying to do that and give you the option to allow or deny it. There are a few sites that try to work around that, but so far my success rate with FF is pretty decent.
Generally, a modest amount of computer savvy is a must for browsing the Internet, especially in the shadier corners. This forum is no exception.
