Hey Salty, a few questions
Did she talk with a very quiet voice? Was her hair pulled back with braids? And was she very tan? I recently have seen someone like that at a local Wawa in Va. Beach. Similar story about kicked out, needs money for hotel room, but said she was from New Jersey. I really didn't get the vibe that she was doing anything more than panhandling, but maybe I was wrong?

I'll have to look closer next time, but the flip flops and large bottle of water were def in evidence. Believe you me, my monger sense was tingling when I first saw her, but was too close to home and too busy at the WaWa for me to do anything at the time.

North West corner of Va Beach Blvd. And Newton
Was with the family so wasn't able to partake, but on 2 different passes (hours apart) there was a skinny black woman in all red walking this corner. Was differently looking for something. Doing the stare down of every car that passed her way.
Face did not seem like much to look at but the body was nice.
Independence near Green Run High School
Thick black young walking and most certainly performing the "stare down" on every car that passed. She was on one side of the blvd, made eye contact with a smile so I moved over a lane to make a quick you-turn and before I could get back to her she got picked up by another car. Drove back that way a couple of hours later and there she was again. Made the you-turn and pulled into the next right hand turn and waited. She walked up, asked if I could give her a ride, hopped in and off we went. I asked her if I could see her titties and that where the dream went into over-drive. After some careful negotiating we agreed on a small donation to help her cover her cost of public transportation and get to her final destination with some extra baggage and she was off to the races. I don't normally pick girls up like this, prefer to be a little more cautious but this was just fun and exciting. I always carry a cover, so that will cum in real handy if you happen to drive along this way and it's raining.
I didn't ask for digits, but she did say she's always looking for a ride, I told her I'll look for her on my next trip down that way and see if she needs anything.
