It is a case of swapping bodily fluids. Germs do not stay in one place. Dental condoms? Blood is not the only way to pass STDs. Silva is another way along with sexual fluids. Just be careful. H.H.

OK class (remedial mongering 099), pay attention...
1) What is the single most easy sexual way to pick up HIV? Very good: BBanal.
2) Followup: why, *thirty years ago,* did gays first show up with AIDS? Correct again: BBanal. (Don't they love it!)
3) Which of all sexual practice most closely imitates IV needle sharing (THE most efficient means of transmitting HIV) because it transmits body fluids through the skin barrier? Wow, correct again: BBanal. (What a good class! You probably knew that BBanal tears the rectal skin, and the virus gets through easily.)
4) So then, what SWs would be most likely to carry HIV: Oh, you're on it: drug abusers, deep into IV drugs.
5) OK. Last question. Which SWs, because of the depth of their addiction, would be most likely to accept *any* unprotected sex act, even BBanal for a fix? Wow. (see previous question...) You taught yourselves, except for the back of the room idiots who were paying NO attention to anything but their little head.
So now you KNOW how to get AIDS. Go forth and get it. (Darwin said natural selection will remove the back of the room idiots from the gene pool...)

I have to disagree. The easiest way to get aids is via a blood transfusion. The blood supply is supposed to be controlled better now, and there's not much you can do to avoid a blood transfusion, other than storing your own blood, which is a lot of hassle. The second easiest way is to share needles with someone who has aids. I don't use needles. The third easiest way is to RECIEVE ANAL. Think about it. The virus is in the cum, the cum goes from the donor to the recipient.
I've been hearing for 30 years how hookers are going to infect the straight community. When is it going to happen? I don't believe anything the CDC says, because they'd rather be politically correct than scientifically correct.
Now, before doing DATY, I look it over, and if there are open sores I'm going to bail. I've never seen that.
Got a trigger finger? You get no argument here about monumental danger of needle sharing. Transfusions? Formerly, yes. Are you going to a fourth world country to get your transfusion? Perhaps a real danger there. In US, Europe etc, there is near zero probability that transfusions still carry danger of HIV (yes, 20 years ago it was a different story.) And not to say there are not other blood-borne dangers with transfusions. But are these *sexual* practices??? Sexual practices are, after all, the focus of these forums.
To repeat... the relative risk of transmission of HIV by *SEXUAL* activity (all unprotected, of course...):
1) Anal (tears rectal skin, as well as around the head of the penis)
2) Rape/forced dry sex in which abrasion occurs (see previous)
3) Consensual sex with concomitant lesions (Herpes, etc)
4) Consensual sex with healthy partner (evidence actually suggests that it is *difficult* to transmit HIV from the otherwise healthy female to the healthy male.) Science needs the courage to explore this aspect thoroughly.
5) Oral sex??? VERY little evidence of transmission, although if the recipient has lesions of any kind in the mouth, transmission should be possible, but extremely rare.
Maybe you consider blood transfusion or needle sharing a sexual activity??? Maybe for Dracula.
Dismayed that argumentative non-attention to substance of a post can lead to misunderstanding.

Not trying to be argumentive, and yes, you did specify sexual. Actually I agree with everything you said. I suppose some guys may experience penis bleeding while doing anal, I've never experienced it.
Does anyone have info on the likley of getting this thru sex. I have had a girlfriend that found out she had it. I was told it was rare to get through sex but am a little concerned. Thanks
I think it is hep C that is easy to get. Check it out (test). The shots are no big deal. It is a real problem with washing of hands so pretty easy to get. Lot of diners have this problem.
Be careful!
See my post a week or so ago. Hep C is transmitted blood (or semen) to blood, just like HIV. While it is not impossible to be transmitted by consensual and otherwise healthy sex (i.e., no concomitant lesions from other STDs or sores or abrasions on penis or vagina), transmission appears to be rare by consensual well prepared vaginal sex (get her well lubricated first). Transmission is more likely from male to female than vice versa. Oral transmission risk is nearly zero.
Of course, don't share needles with her... ;-)
Hope this helps.
Giani
P.S. HellonWls: Hep A is spread by ingestion of fecally contaminated food or drink. B and C are blood to blood, or semen to blood.

Upon request of an editor from my replying to another mongers post on another thread, I am putting this link on this thread.

Whats so odd about that? Lots of people, myself included, are into period sex. Always done it with my SO at the time, but nothing odd about a provider offering it IMO. Def not something to freak out over.

That looks like something a garbage disposal would shoot out. She doesn't qualify as a cum dumpster in my book.
She needs a new photo director, a bath, and a razor.
Happy Hunting..

If the chick being in the rag isn't freaky enough for you, her bi-sexual boyfriend is also available! Is this an ad aimed at "bug-catchers" (people, usually gay men, who intentionally want to get AIDS)?
