Airport Rd seems to rotate every 30 days. Slater and Dominion are related, they usually have between 2 -4 ladies available and they stay for at least 30 days. I believe Cary location is fairly new and they rotate every two weeks. Hollyridge is a hit and miss and I haven't tried them recently. I'm not familiar with offerings on Miami Blvd but I will be looking for their ad.
