Hey guys, just wanted to put some feelers out for some hook-ups in the SC area. I'm going to be visiting Labor Day weekend and not sure the lay of the land out there. Any advice, numbers, ads would be appreciated. (cross-posting this in escort as well).
So, after a calendar year hiatus (to date) from the hobby due to the pandemic, I got back into the game yesterday. After reading about some if the posts regarding Tai Chi in Bellefonte, I thought I'd give it a try. Late afternoon, Thursday, only one attendant (slim Chinese woman— nice eyes but she was wearing a mask so I couldn't see her face) and I was the only customer. I believe she said her name was Judi. She didn't speak great English and my Chinese is pretty limited so there wasn't a lot of talk. There are warning and disclaimer signs up all over the place (just so you're all aware). The massage was actually quite good — and she was very generous for the 60 minute session — and I left quite satisfied. $. 6 plus a bit more for the tip. It's nice to be back.

Recently visited the Clover Spa (formally Yanzi) for the 1st time since covid started. Coco was the usual only attendant. She wore a mask (which is fine) but what wasnt fine was she also wore rubber gloves the whole time. Which SUCKED! No oil for the massage. Just dry rubber gloves. The massage was terrible because of it! She did use oil for the grand finale' but even that wasnt cutting it. After a while of seeing this wasnt working she finally took the gloves off and was able to then get me there; but it took a while and went over my allotted time and cost me even more $. I won't be going back until the gloves come off for sure.
I was back in the area and decided to try the Tai Chi place again. Once again, I was the only monger there. Today's attendant was named Anna and she spoke even less English than the attendant I had last time. She looked to be late 30's and was perfectly nice. I asked for the "strong" massage and she did quite a nice job. Some of the time was spent with her walking on my back. Once again, I left satisfied. As I left, the attendant from last time (I think her name is Juni) was there and remembered me from before. A nice change of pace from Clover and Coco.

I've only experienced an AMP a few times and I'm pretty much a novice. Was wondering what's an appropriate tip when you have a very satisfying experience? Appreciate any and all input.
Returned back to this establishment in the mid-afternoon. Anna was there along with May (Anna, as mentioned before, does not speak much English. May could speak quite well. I had Anna and she seemed to remember me from last time. A very nice massage was performed and I left satisfied. The ROI at this place seems reasonable— again YMMV.

I've been active in the State College AMP scene for a few years now and I want to share with you my experiences, and hopefully learn from yours.
Clover Spa (formerly Yanzi Spa):
I remember when Yanzi Spa used to be on North Atherton, with the Sheetz on the other side of the road, where the parking situation was a lot more discreet than it is now at Clover. However, the downside to Yanzi was the fact that the "rooms" were not really rooms, as there was no door but just a curtain. My first time at Yanzi was amazing, I paid $60 upfront for an hour massage and seeing as I was the only customer there, I received a 4-hand massage (2 masseuses) leaving with a pleasant and memorable ending (of course, with the additional tip).
I've visited Clover before the COVID pandemic, and the establishment is a lot more refined compared to the previous location at Yanzi, with actual rooms. Of course, I had a memorable ending there as well.
However, my most recent trip there was rather unpleasant, as this had been a few months ago while the COVID pandemic was (and is) ongoing. The Chinese woman giving me the massage wore gloves with no oil unlike like my previous visits. Additionally, in the past with the same masseuse, I was allowed to fondle her whereas this time I had to keep my hands to myself for the entire duration of the massage. Looks like I'll try again when cases go down and she won't be using gloves.
Mulan Massage:
Located north of the Waffle Shop on North Atherton, there was one older Chinese woman and a younger Chinese woman. I've had no "lucky" experiences here, but if you have, I'll be checking up on the forums to hear about your stories.
What I'm wondering is, are there other AMPs in State College that can provide me with the same treatment Clover used to without the gloves? I've been researching about Joma at the Nittany Mall but have not come across any stories so far.

There are sporadic reports (and some personal experiences) that suggest otherwise but they are definitely outside of the norm. Investing the time and money, like many endeavors, can gain trust and reap rewards but such investment is far from a sure thing. You have to be in it for the long game and many mongers don't have that inclination.

With all of the election BS getting me tense, I found myself with a little free time in the afternoon (earlier than my other visits). Anna (Xiao-mei) was they only one there. I actually had a bit of a wait in the car as one if you mongers were already on the table. After about a 20 minute wait, I went back in and was shown to a different room than I usually have (both rooms are nice and spacious with warning signs on the walls and latches that cannot be locked). My serial investment seems to be paying off. She was even more friendly and attentive this time. Even after I had achieved a considerable level of relaxation, she kept up with her very relaxing touch. I even dozed off briefly as she made sure I got my full hour (she probably even went a little longer). Hope this report helps.

I've been there several times now. Always had a satisfying session. The best was with Amy, but she wasn't there the last 2 times I went. Other 2 I've seen, Jenny and Ana, are ok too. I gave up on Joma downtown State College several years ago. Just wasn't the same after Sunny left.
I recently visited clover again, Coco is gone and apparently for good, it sounded like there was some drama.
I still had a good experience at Clover, although I have had better experiences at Tai Chi and Mulan.
Wanting to go there. Any up dates.
