The one with black hair wasn't wearing a ton of makeup, however. She looked to be early 20's very plain and innocent looking, wearing basically boy shorts, the blonde girl did have a killer body but indeed looked very young and very well could have been under age but at the same time, I could see if she was like 19 or 20.
