The city has been trying to clean up the area, not to mention homeowners probably calling cops on the side road action. I've tried numerous combinations over the summer and its always dry. Weekends, weeknights, weekdays, afternoon, all end the same way with nothing. The only combination I haven't tried is early morning as I would be going out of my wayof work.
The funny thing is if you go to the otherside of 285 you will spot a few walking across the road to the gas station. But I've noticed pd hangs out there and watches the hotel scene so be cautious. Theyre out there just really hidden or in stores laying low.
