Absolutely start with the minimum dosage and check for side effects. Even that will help the situation and may be all you need. If you need more, step it up on the next go around.

The dumb stuff also helps. Lose a few pounds, exercise a bit, don't try to play on a full belly (or an inebriated drunk one). I recognize that all of these are harder than just taking the pill though.

Didn't feel like this was a positive experience but def more on the negative side but overall I left somewhat satisfied so I general it is LOL. It depends. For a first text / opening text to a provider, even one you've seen before I would expect it could take anywhere instantly replying to a couple hours. Some may find they are OK with 30 minutes. If she doesn't reply by then, haul ass. I usually prepare myself with other things I need to do if I every have to wait and I really want to see a specific person. I send texts, research other things, work (if you can), set up other dates or a back up date among some of the things I would plan.

This is why me and I know multiple other mongers throw out multiple lines at a time. If one doesn't work, you move on or in some instances, you have multiple choices. I would never set up an appointment and just "no show". That's a good way to get put on Santa's Naughty List. LOL. If I make multiple plans and one comes through, I wouldalwayscancel the other one. You don't owe any explanation other than sorry, you can't make it. If you want to give a reason, that's up to you. I might give a reason that has merit, got called into work, my available mongering time has expired for the day, etc.
