I have been slowing done but not by choice. Looks like the area of the King and Queen have passed away. Not seeing anyone around. So it may just be bad timing.

There is not a particualr time that's perfect or a specific location that's exact. I've been out at evening hours where there are 20 or more out and other times that I am out I might see only 4 or 5.
