Bora Bora got the LEO visit first, then Cherry Blossom. I don't remember at what point golden moonlight closed, but it was around the same time as the main two. Golden Moonlight was open for just a few months, but that particular location has had various "opening soon" and similar signs on it for years. I wouldn't be surprised if nothing shows up there for a while.

There are numerous reports of places, menus, and even names of certain ladies.

If you are polite, clean, and don't give off a LEO vibe, you will certainly get whatever you pay for at the best reviewed places.
