Buying points vs selling points
There's always someone who wants to rain on people's parade. Whether it works or not, the fact that this is gaining traction is a good thing. Customer feedback and overall sentient about these up-charges should demonstrably be relayed to bookers. Right now as it stands, a boycott appears to be the most suitable course of action. I, for one, don't want bookers / kgirls to take my wallet for granted and see me as a pushover ATM. For those apathetic to the cause or not participating, keep seeing who you'll see, and continue on your merry way. The buildup to, undertaking of, and resultant aftermath of this boycott will not affect your mongering in the slightest.
As for your enumerated list of counter points:
1) How exactly do you know who will or will not participate to make that assertion especially before it even started? I could understand and even agree with you if it was a statement made after the fact. But not at this present moment. It's also for this exact reason we are boycotting: to test the influence this board has on both active posters and silent lurkers. Having that answer is valuable in and of itself to determine if future action is a fool's errand. What I can confidently say, is that when a dazzling review appears, said girl is usually booked weeks on end if not more. Seeing as how active posters number less than twenty if I'm being generous, that should only account for maybe 3 days worth of customers. Sure, there's bound to be mongers who lack awareness of this board and see new girls as a matter of course. But weeks on end begs the question of who else is filling in the gaps. I want to believe those are the lurkers here and I hope they will join us in this endeavor.
2) Similar argument against as above. Without knowing how many people who will involve themselves, there's no way to know if two weeks is or isn't sufficient. Even if the effects aren't immediately apparent, many of us who have decent to good relations with specific kgirls can question offhandedly to see if an affect was seen and relay it back here. If it was effective but the duration wasn't sufficient, who in their right mind won't push further when you have the offensive and advantage.
3) For girls who are already here, there's not many "adjustments" options available to them. Move to another city (but as you mentioned there's a reduction in business so going to another city is a moot point because business is bad over there also or have less earning prospects than LA), leave early, or go on a vacation are their only options at that point. I said it earlier in a previous point, most are 90 day visas holders. They are going to lose a good 15% or more of their earning potential because of this. And Koreans are great gossipers, especially an angry one, or one that felt wronged. The rumor birds are going to catch the ears of kgirls who want to come over. This disruption in the supply line could be the death knell for bookers hoping to satisfy customers who want fresh talent.
4) The benefits to be gain is clear as day and the downsides extremely minimal. If very effective, we could see the end of up charges as a whole and flat pricing across the board as was the case a few short years ago. And the cost? A few weeks of abstinence, maybe some hanky panky with the right hand (left one for you lefties out there), or just seeing non-kgirls. Moreover, even those who didn't participate will stand to benefit from this if it proves effective.
In the end, this is an exercise absolutely worth doing to get a better understanding of what chips are available to us that we can use to bargain with.
Very much concur and sums it all up in the whole industry; this kind of plan B scenario should apply to across all over the country given its probable exercisable theory. Its not just simply to save our wallets, but to spread the impression to all business agencies that despite inflation, it is appalling to repel clients or their audiences with unjustifiable upcharges and will leave permanent damage in the long run. The most vital part to take out of practicing this method is "benefits outweighs the risk". Whether or not the agencys will abide by our voices, there is NOTHING for us to lose except more time spend in other nationality agencys like caucasians, Chinese, and you name it. Our wallets might chip out same amount to other nationality agencys but overall k org are mainly hologram frameworks for us to spend large funds on regularly basis and brainwashing ourselves in that they are actually more worthy over other ships.
Game on! Lets follow the flow and see how much plus points we can gather from this movement!
