It's not a police investigation.
Finally, if I or a provider got the virus, no matter from where, the health authorities would want to know everybody we had seen, and that would be more than embarrassing.
The good dr.

Who cares how you get there. Dead is dead.
People dying on the streets because of drug and mental health issues are much more prevalent yet much less worried about than sneeze victims.
Your Dr license is suspect.
Find it amusing that barebacking does not seem to scare anyone but the coronavirus does.
I don't know about you but I'm looking for ole Amon 777 that used to post on here so he could give me a lead on a SW that does BBFS, BBDATY and hasn't showered or wiped her ass in a week with a slight cough. Anyone? Play safe.
I've added a new rule to my personal code. Well, more like guidelines than rules. If she posts or sends a snapchat filtered photo, run away and don't look back. You know, the ones with the cutesey little cat ears or teddy bear noses or whatever the f'k they are. Those filters can transform a girl that looks like Broomhilda into Cinderella. Trust me as I speak from experience: if she's using a filter, it's because she has to. Be safe, and don't say I didn't warn you.

Your Dr license is suspect.
The problems of mental illness and homelessness are extremely complex. People disagree on the best steps to take, and taking action next month rather than today will not make much difference in the overall outcome. (If you encounter a homeless person tonight who is on the point of freezing to death, that is a different story.) However, there is general agreement about what to do about coronavirus, and washing hands, keeping social distance, etc. , RIGHT NOW, will make a difference in the course of the pandemic.

The risk associated with getting it is way higher than the risk of getting most STDs. Even HIV at this point can be treated and controlled. The others, outside of some still rare outlier resistant strains, are easily treated with antibiotics and non-fatal. With coronavirus, chance of dying is north of 1% by current research if you're over 50, well into the teen percentages as you get older. Even if you're not older, you become a carrier who can easily transmit the disease to someone more vulnerable. At this point, keeping this from overloading the health care system so we don't run out of beds, ventilators and health workers for the people who need them is the main concern. You can't stop the spread, but you can slow it down so that it's manageable for the next 18 months until there's a vaccine. The alternative is some folks basically getting triaged to death gasping out their last breaths as their organs shut down from lack of oxygen because there's no room in the ICU.
The chance of a provider catching this and being a super spreader is high. Ohio Dept. Of Health believes 1% of the population already has this, a number that could double every six days without preventive measures. How many guys do some of these providers see in a week? And you can transmit it well before you have symptoms. There may be a treatment or two identified to help make the worst cases less bad within a month or two, but no guarantees.
The risk here is way beyond STDs for us and for society. I got to think hard about even seeing regular UTRs who I believe (but who ever really knows?) are low volume, but probably not. Seeing anyone else who may be doing dozens of guys a week is just nuts.
While the providers themselves are mostly younger and less at risk, I'm not sure what may qualify as a condition that could make them more vulnerable. Diabetes certainly. Heroin usage? Smoking? Dunno, but a lot are less healthy than the general population.
This is not the flu. It's at least 10 times deadlier than a typical flu. Maybe 23 times deadlier. Last numbers I saw were 0. 1% death rate for a typical flu vs. 2. 3% in the general global population from covid-19.

Your Dr license is suspect.
Vinnie, there are multiple serious issues that kill people, granted. But COVID-19 has the potential to spread like wildfire if people don't massively reduce social interaction. You can't become homeless because someone walks past a homeless enclosure then sneezes in you office- you CAN catch COVID-19 that way. And you're not "immune" if you're otherwise young and healthy- we are seeing SERIOUS lung damage in younger folks who recover from the actual virus- want to wheeze and struggle to make it up stairs the rest of your life? You can die from it "second hand" quite easily as well- in Italy (which has MORE doctors and hospital beds per capita than the US) people have already dies because they came to the hospital with serious medical issues that normally would be handled- but there were no intubation stations or ICU beds available as they are all overwhelmed with serious COVID-19 cases. So yeah, anyone with a doctor's license (except for say that narcissistic dickhead Drew Pinsky) should, and is, taking this very seriously. You should, too.
Peace.
TGD.

Very well stated and absolutely true. Let me add no one has ever died from NOT getting laid for a month!
The good dr.
HIV is a fucking killer! That's a fact! How stupid can you be? There is no cure for it that's point blank! Herpes is another it may not kill you but you have it for life. One girl told me just put some cream on it and its okay. Fuck that. This virus will go away it is like the flu that was spread during WWI. That killed thousands of Americans when out troops came home. I myself is seeing only one provider. I started that 3 months go. So if your so afraid then stop fucking your wives and girlfriends too. Put a body condom on too where ever you go! This shit is bat shit crazy!! You can't even buy toilet paper in the stores what a fucking joke. And for you Anal and Greek lovers that hole is nasty. Now they can't wipe their ases clean. Totally nasty!! I will not stop having sex thru all of this cause most of this is over reaction and stupid. Yep I said BAT who in the fuck is eating bats that's what started this. I will keep on fucking lenny6746.
Find it amusing that barebacking does not seem to scare anyone but the coronavirus does.
Dave has a point, but there are important differences to consider regarding COVID-19.
I think all of us have taken unwise risks with women before, even if only with civilians. (One of my minor traumas of some years past involved a pregnancy scare with a sort-of girlfriend, who wasn't a provider.) In many people's estimation, hobbyists, ipso facto, are foolishly risk-tolerant fellows.
Here's the difference, though: STDs, LEO, etc involve relatively known risks that we have all factored in and made decisions about. For example, most of us have an opinion about BBFS. (I choose to avoid it with 99% of all pros, but that's just me.).
COVID-19, however, is an (unknown) unknown, and you can't protect yourself with a condom, or by using a burner phone and checking reviews to make sure a provider is legit. We are therefore in completely unknown territory, until this settles down or there's a vaccine. Hence the hyper-cautious attitude among so many guys who are otherwise risk-takers.
WASH YOUR DICK SKINNERS with SOAP and WATER! For 20 seconds!! Wow that's hard to do!! For the younger mongers on here That means YOUR HANDS! As far as BBFS that's all I do. I've never caught any STDs from any provider I've been with or any woman I've been with. I'm always getting checked By my health provider Thats for my safety and the women I have sex with. Play safe wash your hands!! Lenny 6746.
