Just curious to know if there is any alternative to Vitamin V. Whenever I take the blue pill, I get sever headache and sleeplessness.

Also check with your MD to see if he / she can provide lower mg dose. Works fine for me. Even had a RPx state that 1/3 of Blue Steel pill does the job, but I have not cut back that far. Not Doc Johnson.

If I only take one it does the job.

Works every bit as good with a much smaller dose (sometimes just 10 mg but 20 mg is what they generally prescribe), no side effects, usually good to go in 15 minutes and it doesn't seem to be affected so my much by what you eat.

I now do the daily 5 mg regimen but skip a couple days and take 2 or 3 when I'm hooking up. I get them through [URL]MyDrHanks.com[/URL] online. $75 for thirty 5 mg pills mailed to me monthly. Go online, answer some questions, a Dr. Will call with additional questions and you're all set. As long as your blood pressure is reasonable and you don't have any other underlying conditions you'll pass.

Be safe![/QUOTE]I use taldifil 20 mg I can take it once a day or when I need it. No side effects for me. It seems to be gentler than V on my stomach and I've felt the effects after 24 hrs. So I usually take it when I know I'm gunna go out about 2 hrs before No food which slows doesn't the absorption. I've went to men's health clinic.

Works good for me and I drink lots of water after taking it to avoid the headache.

Headaches stopped with me.

Are online places like Lemonaid health and Bluechews just not reliable? I've dealt with both and I'm very very happy with it.

Patent protections have expired so it's no longer a seller's market. It's very likely well worth the cost of a Dr's visit as you'll probably save money in the long run. Whatever you do, avoid the folks peddling no-name "generics" from India, Asia, etc.
