For the city council meeting appealing Oasis's right to stay open as a business.
Oasis with 600+ employees feeds hundreds of families, we have never had an issue until the annexation of the property in 2013, we own the property and building and never had a violation. Please know that we have no closing date and we have a real good fighting chance with the appeals, we only need 3 out of 5 city council member votes to win. Please bring your friends and family members to help to join us in this fight for our jobs as the more people there that show up to show their support the better chance we have of staying open. Last year 150 staff members, families, and customers showed up to support Oasis almost on the very same day and city council members were in tears to see how many people were effected by the possibility of the business closing.

The title says it all. I've been 2 times and the first was amazing, had to turn down BBFS from a cutie opted for covered. The second time was so terrible that I left and haven't been back for months. How is it these days. I'm looking for VIP BTW.
Really like hitting the weekday day shifts but have rarely been able to on a Saturday. I may get the opportunity soon. Is Saturday day shift a similar experience to the rest of the week or is ot different since it's the weekend. I apologize if that's a stupid question.
Went on Monday around 530, place is popping as always. Great crowd and ratio, I'm noticing a few regulars so I wonder if I am too. I'm rather antisocial here as I just come for VIP. Decided to try out a new girl that got dances with at prior visits. She's in a small pack of early 20's Latinas that barely speak English, Google translate was needed. Get to the back after getting supplies from the bathroom. And flop! Barely kept my fella at attention for more than 4 min. Can't even blame the raincoat as I had no problems before. I did force this visit despite some other suboptimal factors, so just a reminder for others to make sure you're prepared and not waste a VIP sesh. Lesson learned. Not a complete loss, as now I have a 2nd reliable girl at V.
Some noob questions on etiquette, as I want to make this my go to spot and follow house rules.
Do you patrons care if a girl 'likes' you as a customer? A lot of their Latinas have poor English, so I can't feel them out. The nice guy in me doesn't want to take advantage if they're not in a position to say "No". I haven't gotten any resistance & would back off if I did, so I'd like to not be a bully since I'm focusing on 1-2 girls only.
V has 30 min VIP sessions. I haven't had any clock watching, but is it OK to purposely run the full session if possible? I'd like to use the last 5 min to build rapport, hoping to get #s / OTC one day from my regular VIP girls.
Thinking of hitting Vivide Saturday.
What would be the best times to go. Or if you would recommend night time and what the vibe is.

Patrons don't care. Might have to wait their turn but that's it. It happens.
Just remember to not get attracted, they only 'like' the money you give them. Not you.
They are fully capable of saying yes or no from a language perspective. The social economic or other facts such as having a pimp might be a different story of being able to say "no. " But you run into that with any provider in the hobby (stripper, masseuse, escort, etc.).

Do not go at night. It's more of a club than a strip club. At some point, VIP even shuts down (I've been told).

The day shift I think is officially 1 pm to 9 pm but I feel like it peaks 3-6 pm. Depends on what you're looking to do?

I agree. I have wasted many VIP trips at follies in the old days. A couple because I just couldn't perform, had too. Much going on ij my head. Other times I was way too excited a blew it early.
Patrons do not care of the girl likes you. Don't forget, for the girls this is a paycheck for them. Same way most people clock in their jobs them clock out. They are perfectly capable of letting you know if they don't like something. Either by saying so or smacking your hand away.
As far as getting the most out of your VIP trip, it depends on the girl. My one gripe with the Latinas is they can generally rush in VIP. This typically changes once you go multiple times with a girl. Some of my regulars (now at diamonds) keep me in VIP longer than 30 minutes.

I would recommend going around 4. 30. I would never recommend going to any club at night unless you have a regular you are going for. You get far more bang for your dollar mileage wise during day shift. The vibe is generally more laid back and your less likely to run into idiots spoiling for a fight to impress their buddies.

I have rarely had any success at wax. Selection is not to my liking at all. I have one regular I go to see otherwise I stay away. These days diamond is my number one. After platinum closed, 5 of my regulars are in the same club. The talent level there has picked up over the last few weeks and greater talent equals more competition among the dancers which is only good for us. Girls who were a little standoffish are now playing with junior. Otherwise, I go to Vlive. Blaze is a little too far out for me.

It's generally the same. Difference may the selection. Some dancers don't work on weekends and vice versa. Otherwise, dayshift is dayshift.

Damn that was hard to see. I always held out hope that someday follows would reopen. Of course I knew it would never happen but seeing a completely different building now really drives it home. The scene will never, ever be the same.
