There are cops all over the place (marked and unmarked) all the time. I also see the corrections van aka "patty wagon" all the time, especially in the teens and 20's. I saw it twice last week in that same area. That area has lots of bad stuff going on, so it's common to see LEO and the PW regularly. The "SW" you saw may have been a plant but my guess it was Sherrie B. We will see what all happened once the Resort Roster is available tonight.
