I'm not sure this is accurate. My understanding is that it's a
typical Laissez-faire attitude. The taboo is an open display of
sex in public. That will land you in hot water.

Case in point, check out the erotic section on same Shanghai

I have to believe that society would be better off seeing money coming into local budgets rather than into the pockets of drug traffickers and sex slave people? It would hardly affect the cost of pot but might inpact our industry. Would that cost be offset on the whole by what people are and will be spending to defend themselves from procecution.

I'm with you there, my man. This was up for vote in San Francisco last month, but unfortunately it didn't pass. If it didn't pass in SF, it surely wouldn't pass in Chicago.
