Since with the Nordic model the Johns are still legally liable, the meetings still have to happen in a black market context that exposes the sex worker to the same risk of violence, etc. , that full legal prohibition promotes, as well as meaning that working conditions (hotels, etc.) are just as rough and pimps just as mean. It remains a criminal activity even if the woman is theoretically not liable. (After all, in practical terms how do you makes something legal to sell but illegal to buy? It's the transaction that's either legal or illegal.) In Germany, where brothels are legal, the whole thing is much more civilized, although a condom requirement is pretty strictly enforced. Germany outlawed organized gangbangs a little while ago, which was a bummer for some of the girls who specialized in those. There is no girl, there is no 16 year old but those busts hold up in court. IMHO, it is fairly unlikely these days to see a sting where that isn't the primary motivator, they can whack you with way more charges on underage plus get a bunch of press coverage. The odds of getting busted if the girl is 30 is almost non-existent these days. You might still get robbed or scammed but probably not arrested.

If they have texts with you saying they are 16 and you went anyway, you are stupid and now in deep trouble.
