Ok, correct me if I'm wrong, but making a statement like this isn't too bright is it? Again, if I'm wrong, I'll conceed to it, but if she has known warrants and you know how to get a hold of her, isn't that something like harboring and/or aiding a known fugitive? It's not like LEO doesn't ever read from here.

What does ones opinion need to be. Well here is mine, first if the charges are possession with intent to distribute, that probably means a supplier near by at all times, second that also probably means possessing while in a dream, and as far as turning her in, well my thoughts are it isn't murder she is wanted for and frankly like stated earlier it really isn't my responsibility to turn her in. Chances are she is probably more scared of the supplier than she is of her uncle leo. Or it may be a combination of he is scared she will rat on him, either way there is a ton of possibilities and countless cenereos (did I spell that right), I just wouldn't want to be pulled over with her in my car loaded down with a ton of snack and crack.

Actually Fobu, think about it a bit from a legal standpoint. Realistically there's no legal issue about making statements such as this.
From a legal standpoint, there is nothing different about saying one has the number of a known fugitive as saying you paid someone for sexual services (as is done on this board all the time).
You must understand that what is posted on this forum cannot be used as evidence in a court of law for many reasons. Not only is it hearsay and potentially completely fictional, but the fact is that Jackson's forum's servers reside in a different country and certainly cannot be subpeonaed by a Memphis court.
There's very little, actually nothing, that local officials can do regarding statements made by individuals on anonymous forums such as this without getting federal authorities to file cases in international courts...And since all items on here tend to be broken local statutes (and not federal laws being broken), there's no case to be had by the feds.
So, realistically, unless you attempt to incite some major federal crime, you can speak with near impunity about items like those typically being discussed here.
Think about it. There are millions of posts here all about items which are clearly in violation of local and state laws. Zero subpeonas, zero arrests and zero prosecutions.

That being said, since prostitution is legal in Canada (much like the rest of the world), it is unlikely that the local LE would cooperate.
My point is that you can't assume that just because the server is outside the US that you're safe.

That's a problem for sure. However, there are some SW's that are smart enough not to carry any drugs or drug paraphenalia on their person while on the stroll. They know that if they get busted, it'll be a $100 bail on a soliciting charge that most likely will be thrown out, rather than a possession charge carrying a much higher bail and possible confinement until trial.
I don't know if London fits in this SW catagory though.

But I suspect many if not most are not smart enough to do that. I recall an experience with Shorty (RIP) having a crack pipe fall out of her pants at the notel, and Christy always has dope and/or paraphernalia on her and even will try to light up in your car or standing out in plain sight in public. China will do the same thing, I once had her ask if she could smoke while we were fucking. I said "NO" but the instant we were done she lit up. So the shit really has a hold on them like most of us cannot even imagine. It's about as safe to assume they are all carrying dope when you decide to let them in your car as it is to assume they have an STD when deciding whether or not to wear a raincoat.

Yeah, I have some stories too, but still there are SW's picked up and charged only with prostitution, or solicitation, or walking on a highway, etc. I'm sure that if they were carrying, they would have had those charges added too.

The last thing I need is getting busted and the having the SW turn up holding major weight. For example...here's a SW who got busted early this morning.

Consider my wrist sufficiently slapped. I have seen, and have personally posted, booking photos in the forums before and was truly not aware that was now a no no.
Unless I am mistaken, her name was not listed, and I certainly did not post this to embarrass her or anyone else. My only purpose for posting her booking photo was to make the hobbyists aware that she was arrested with possession with intent, therefore if she was recognized, then it might be smart to avoid her and any possible "crew" she ran with. The posts below this one were talking about this exact problem, so I thought I might make others aware that not only does it happen, but that one was arrested just last night for prostitution and possession with intent.

The booking photo is obviously public information (now that you've clued me in that it's out there I could go find it myself if I felt so inclined), and it's not at all a bad idea for us to be able to identify persons out there who obviously can get us into more trouble than we bargain for as it is.
I know the old saw about the road to hell, but at least I acknowledge that your intentions were good. Thanks for that consideration, at least!
