At FS establishments never get more than a half hour on the first visit, especially with a new girl you've never seen before.
A high percentage of the talent at Leesville aren't fluent in English, so it may not be a act. You can say get phone and most understand to get the translator app.
Those figures are actually reasonable or below average for Lynchburg these days, so I see why they wouldn't budge.

For that price don't expect them to be young or attractive.
On the other end of the spectrum New Day is the highest, $200 for FS and $70 for a hour. Some folks are acting like they have premium talent there and it worth the price, but mid 50's Emily isn't worth $270 for a hours visit.

It's happened to me at Jojo's, Rainbow, New Day and BP.
Thankfully it doesn't happen all that often, but it's annoying when it does. So you can do everything right, and it will even happen with a talent you have seen a dozen times.
