What if he's got godawful medical insurance (or none whatsoever)? What if he's married or in a committed relationship? What if he's simply prioritizing his health & well-being? There's a plethora of reasons why he's not down for BBFS, and that's his choice. Now personally, I have gone raw several times and recognize the risks involved. Since I'm not in a committed relationship and have decent health care, I opt to do so with only a few women that I've repeatedly seen over the years who all have gotten tested 3+ times per year.
And even with condom usage, the risks will still be there. But hey, it is what it is. We all know by now (or ought to) what we're getting ourselves into.

Afterwards, you certainly won't be fucking anyone else any time soon. Condoms aren't 100% and you surely are not going to tell us all with a straight face that you will tell every provider you see that you're positive but taking meds and using condoms and think that they'll still be fine with joining you in a dream. This all assumes that you would be inclined to tell them.
