With a table shower, you lie down, unclothed, on a table and are soaped up and sprayed with a hose. In such a situation an attendant is required to be involved--you can't easily clean yourself on a table. She may or may not be clothed. Some, rather comically to my mind, wear rubber boots!

I have never had a TS where the attendant missed cleaning genitals and butt. If this were ever to happen, I'd take it as a clear sign that nothing was on offer that day.
