First off, hows your health? High blood pressure, overweight, exercise at all? Those are all factors. ED is a pretty good indicator of some underlying health issues depending on your age. Get a physical if you haven't had one in a while. If that is good, then you can try the mail order ed pills. Its pretty easy or get the scripts from your doc. Sildenafil is cheap AF now. Less than $1 per 20 mg depending on where you get it.

Also need to check your testosterone levels. Start exercising, it will help. I'm sure theres some things I have forgotten to mention that someone will add. But it is important that you figure out why.

You can try your luck with a doctor but the problem is that most doctors don't have a fuckin clue about anything that is health / sexual / performance related. Get some labs and check everything including test, estrogen, dht, dhea, prolactin, etc. Good luck!
