I would try again if you have the patience. I think I may have been a bit harsh on critiquing the booker. I had no communication issues with the booker, who was generally very responsive and clear in her texts. The only problem I had was the poor scheduling. My theory is that they book appointments back to back, leaving no leeway for unexpected events, like mongers coming in late or sessions going past the allotted time. This creates a domino effect by delaying the scheduled time of later appointments, similar to what you would experience at a doctor's office. This is of course to maximise profit at the expense of the patient's time (in this case, our time). The booker is well aware of these delays, yet she does not provide updates to mongers telling them to come later. That is the main problem I have with her.
