In general, to get to the extras will be the $75-$80 lady's drink (or the $80, $120, or $200 private backroom), + tip to the bartender ($5-$20). On top of that will be, generally, an equivalent amount tip to the dancer. SW prices above the room or drink fees are possible for some. You can get a HJ for 40 above the lady's drink in the lap-dance areas (or even at the bar if you sit around the bar from the entrance side, FS for as low as $80-100, again depending on the dancer. Depending on the bar and dancer you do not have to go to the backroom, I've been able to get anything I wanted in the lap dance area unless I make a poor choice in my dancer. Make sure, if you are not in the backroom, that the dancer will drink slowly, otherwise, when it is gone, so is she.
The two biggest issues are (1) the bartender almost never gives you enough time to negotiate what you want with the dancer before a mandatory lady drink ($20-$25), or the dancer has to move on, and you do want to be clear on what's going to happen (or not) before you go to the lapdance or backroom area; and (2) most of the ladies there are not worth that price (compared to hiring of backpage), but it is the block. Which is it's own kind of fun. Drug use is very very common among the dancers and it shows.

Friday and Saturday is going to have more selection due to girls flocking to get the prime days. They won't entertain BS offers because the money and customers are out in full force. If you can go between Sunday and Tuesday the bartender may have a tendency to back off the drink harassment a bit and the girls are more eager to make a deal. Definitely possible, you just have to know where to go based on your preference. Haven't been in a few months but PM for specifics.

I share the information I feel comfortable sharing. I'm probably posting this too late, but I just joined this board this morning, so tuck this away for your next visit. I've lived in Bmore for over 20 years and have at one time or another been a regular at most all of the well known clubs. The block has been pretty well described accurately. I still frequent there occasionally, but the secret is to not be afraid of walking in, taking 1-2 minutes to scan the girls, and then walk out if no one hits you (there are probably 15-20 sleeezy bars). Otherwise you're stuck at least buying a drink and wasting time watching ugly girls. I can usually find a bar that has at least one or two reasonably nice looking girls. They almost all do extras, it's a near guarantee, prices vary as mentioned. I've at one point or another gotten extra's from FS, BBBJ ect at every major club, Scores, Hustler, Goddess (almost a guarantee), Ritz, GGoldClub (though they really watch the camera's anymore), but it is hit or miss and usually after I have been a regular and gotten to know some of the girls there. Basically you would need to get lucky. A little Jewell not many know about is Christina's in north point. They have a private dance area behind a curtain, and I get FS / BBBJTC with several of the girls, $30 per song and they are generally thrilled with a 100 tip. For a relative whole in the wall, they usually always have very attractive girls as hot, or moreso that some of the more well known clubs. Again, depending on the night and the presentation, YMMV.
I find that hard to believe you can get extras like oral at fancier clubs like Hustler or Ritz.

Can anyone please share what is the usual rate for lapdance and a VIP? The bartender told me the VIP was $$. 3 plus $ for the girl and lapdance $.1 plus 50 Tip. I am not convinced the rates are a good deal . Can anyone please help me out here.

These are standard rates for the Pussycat (and are not a good deal). I've not gotten it cheaper there, especially in the last couple of years. Plus, they will kick you out if you inquire as to take-out with the wrong girl. Cheaper in other spots, but you get what you pay for. Benefit is good looking girls, having a selection and hot having to find a spot.

On the other hand, that's still 250 or so for just 15 minutes; yes, I agree they tend to have the best looking babes, but not sure if the cost / benefit is usually enough.

I returned this afternoon, looking for the dancer who had welcomed me so warmly several weeks ago. She wasn't around, and the bartender, a burly, surly guy, different from the one before, was clearly wary of my asking for her. I will say that PC a few years ago had a rep that a couple of girls pushed OTC as a way to rip off or do a little blackmail. No idea if that's still true. I was in the pussy cat's club in the block; first time. Met a girl in the club that ask me for a drink. I forgot her name unfortunately but she is a freak! To buy the dancer a drink, it was $25, lady in the bar (possibly the manager) insist on a dance for $80 but will discount it to $55 since I already bough the dancer a drink. Depending on the bar and dancer you do not have to go to the backroom, I've been able to get anything I wanted in the lap dance area unless I make a poor choice in my dancer. Make sure, if you are not in the backroom, that the dancer will drink slowly, otherwise, when it is gone, so is she.
The two biggest issues are (1) the bartender almost never gives you enough time to negotiate what you want with the dancer before a mandatory lady drink ($20-$25), or the dancer has to move on, and you do want to be clear on what's going to happen (or not) before you go to the lapdance or backroom area; and (2) most of the ladies there are not worth that price (compared to hiring of backpage), but it is the block. BP girl you can research to know if she has good service, so that is a advantage. At the block, be prepared to walk away if price is too high, many times the girl will return with a lower price.
