I think there is something else going on here. The city could easily pass some admin ordinance requiring anyone who works in a SC to be fingerprinted and have a photo I'd issued by some licensing agency, like a taxi driver or truck driver. Which would eliminate a lot of SC workers effortlessly, show the 'public' the city is serious and give SC owners some cover when hiring.

The selective enforcement stuff, the editorial says will happen, tends not to be good public policy. Are they really gong to target only female workers? Or have female cops give guys lap dances and see what happens?

Personally, I think its the first step to try and legalize the whole 'adult' entertainment segment, and to tax it. Its a slow process, but so was the way to legalize pot shops.

Require a birth cert as well as an ID when hiring. Better yet, use the standards they use for porn films; they are a legit industry. I want no part of minors. Even if I don't see a minor, I don't want any part of an organization that is hiring them. That type of shit brings the feds in. All fucking set. ICE works those sorts of cases and they've got a huge budget. Imagine going to the back room with a girl and some time later getting a knock at the door informing you that she was a minor. (Think Raging Bull). You had accepted a certain amount of risk because you assumed (incorrectly) that the ladies were all adults. It's bad news for every other SC because there will be someone out there that will want to eliminate the industry as a whole or just bring heat on the other clubs.

The powers that be that provide us with clubs, AMPs, etc need to keep the legislative noose loose enough for them to continue to earn and protect their business by checking and documenting that they are of legal age.

Was feeling a little blue and thought looking at some breasts would cheer me up. Went to Desire as I didn't feel like going to Caddy for obvious reasons and most of the girls there are not my type. It seemed more like a jazz club with dancing and slutty waitresses.

[/QUOTE]At Desire you have to pay the $5 house dance fee on a per-song basis. Yes, it is stupid. You can pay for as many dances as you want up front and pay the entire fee but who wants to do that with a new dancer?

Dropped by this afternoon to take advantage of their discounted Fantasy Booth fees and would you believe it, no less than 1 week after the 120 (100 girl, 20 for the club) was introduced they've hiked it back up to 130 again, also to make things worse dances are now 30 a pop no longer 25. At that rate I decided on a none 2 for1 day it was still better value to hit up one of the girls I've seen before for a fantasy room visit than take 3 dances for 90 bucks, holy crap, just typing it makes my wallet hurt.

Wasn't thinking with the big head and ended up taking up separately both Adelaide (I think I am spelling that wrong) and Lanai up on their offers of a fantasy, both girls gave decent enough 30 buck dances to make me think a visit to the Fantasy rooms would be worth it and my time spent was definitely enjoyable but absolutely nothing else available here, I tipped the waitress and she left us alone the whole time which was great.

All I can say is the best thing right now is seeing them OTC if you can get their digits which is the best thing I ever did long ago before this Cheater's debacle fucked up every club in the city! I am stopping over to a former CF girls apt, Sat. One dancer even told me to come on Monday nights since, evidently, there is no attendant and they are on the honor system with the DJ. On busy nights however there is an attendant for the rooms and he very much on top of things.

Made a short visit to CF last night. In October I was always going there. But then I started frequenting FL and haven't gone to CF as much. (new to the area as well).

While at CF, I started seeing Gia alot, so much that I even know her full real name, mother's place and, of course, her number. Now onto Bonnie. She put on a great and energetic show, but most of the people seemed to not be overly enthused, and she had to keep hyping the crowd (I was probably the the loudest guy at the stage and it felt like I was the only one making noise). Didn't see Lucy but Marlena was there. The place was about as boring as can be so left after a beer and headed to Centerfold's which was much more lively. SCN is useless and almost stupid at this point so keep up the reviews here.

Lots of good data on the site from you and others recently. I'm so dismayed about the LEO and political crackdown that I've just been ordering takeout for the past month. Update for those who know who I am talking about. Started out early at CL Sat. Evening before the night girls arrived around 5 pm and I don't think there was more than 10 girls on duty. It's been 6-8 weeks since I've visited CF or CL. Are the curtains back at CL and the monitoring over at CF? Been doing OOTC and enjoying it, but I do miss the in-club action. The strangest club for me is still CD. I've done FS there twice over 5 years but most of the time I find a really hot girl that a) initially says no and then be) says, "well, how much?" and ends up wanting 6 bills...absurd. Weather you close the curtains all the way or not the bouncers have been instructed to check on the girls and if they get caught theywill be fired which means that most of the girls who gave FS before aren't giving it now,even if they know you. I have 2 girls now that i have to drive to their place to get what i used to get from them in the club. It is great to be in their bedroom OTC however the down side is one lives 2 hours one way and the other over an hour. Also you need to set up a time when they aren't working and want to see you. Unlike the club you can't just walk through the door and get what you want.

Based on some information provided by another member here, I finally decided to investigate this other Branch Ave place for myself (having been a semi-regular customer of the "Exotic Boutique" on Branch Ave for a couple years now). The place that I'm referring to in this report is the one located at 754, NOT 745.

So, I walk in the front door of the building into a hallway. There are doors on both sides, one on the left with a "fetish room" sign on the door, another one further down the hall with a "2" on the door, and a sign saying "Come on In", but nothing descriptive. On the right there was a glass doorway into the store, which appeared to sell lingerie and such, but there was no one in there and the door was locked, so I couldn't tell much more about that. I went back to the "2" door and noticed a doorbell button next to it. So I pushed the bell, and a moment later the door was opened by a cute, petite brunette with a nice curvy body and small breasts, wearing just a bra and G-string. She greeted me in a friendly manner and invited me in. The room was set up with a couch, love seat, and a stripper pole in the middle. I told her I had never been there before, so she explained to me briefly how it worked. She seemed to have a nice personality, and made me feel very comfortable. She told me her name was Meena. She told me what the minimum donation was, which would basically cover a modeling session / lapdance (I think she mentioned something about a dom session too, but I'm not into that), and said that more things would be available with a larger donation. Now, the funny thing is that when we were talking afterwards she mentioned she has an ad on BP. So I'm not sure how this place works, it doesn't really seem to be a very organized "business" like the Boutique, and there was no separate "house fee" either, the whole donation just got put into a box in the room. More like she's an independent provider who's just using that space to see her clients. However the other member who I spoke to who went there saw a different girl...so, again...not sure what the actual business arrangement is.

After I left I looked up her ad and realized I had seen it before, and actually considered responding to it, but decided against it because the listed price seemed TGTBT, and I couldn't find any reviews or anything. The ad has since been taken down, but if I see her post a new one I'll report it here.

The "special" price listed there is basically the price for just the modeling session, which is why it seems so low. If you want to have any real fun, it costs more, but still a decent value. I will almost certainly see her again, and I'll try to find out a little more about how that place works if I do.

I had an interesting couple days at the Providence strip clubs yesterday and today. Hit one of my favorites yesterday SD but they really did not have enough girls on for the number of guys there. That was a little unusual but I am glad to see that they seem to be doing well. I did see a really sweet dancer who gave me her number a couple weeks ago and she asked why I have not called. I told her I had been away but really I just do not want to pay club prices for escort service. The hotel fees do not really matter because I can get free hotel rooms anytime from IHG, Marriott, Hilton or Best Western with travel points. Bottom line is the back-page girls and older women are the better value right now.

So after a bit of time I bail out and head over to CF for some all nude action. I am really glad I went because I ran into an old acquaintance from Sportsman's Inn. It is clear that the heat is still on and although a good amount of fun is still to be had FS on site is clearly slim to maybe non-existent, of course I did not really press to test the waters. Hit a table until you see something you like or they come to you.

Now for the point of this post "ONLY FIVE SHOPPING DAYS LEFT"! The palace should be able to open December 5th! This is a BIG day for Rhode Island and should be celebrated by all! If I am lucky enough to be home on the 5th I can tell you where I am going. Just to make it good for the girls I plan to walk in with 100 one dollar bills to welcome them back.
