Get a lawyer, that under cover ***** may be good looking, but they alter the report to make it look good. Don't buy it. Ask for an attorny, and fight it. They make recordings of these busts, but don't keep them around, ask for it, if they can't prove it, they will throw it out.

Your other option is to go to trial. There is a good chance the the will drop the case. Typically they don't like to waste resources for such a minor matter.

I didn't get hit with solicitation; I was hit with "prostitution procurement", which means I was in a known area for prostitution with not a good reason for being there. This is America the last time I checked. And that's a public street.

I also said I didn't want to talk, but that's when they come out and say "Well, we have to book you, and tow your vehicle." I figured it would be easiest to take a written citation then fight it.

And another thing, you're right; they are a bunch of fucking bullies out there.

If the cop only saw you driving in a area known for prostitution then chances are you can beat the charge. Especially if have a lawyer and ask for a jury trial.

I know some people keep a map in their car and say they are looking for something. Depending on which way on 82nd I was facing I might say I am headed to Walmart or looking for something to eat. I think it is a good idea to have a destination in mind.

They threatened to tow my car too but I just stopped talking and eventually (hour or more) they let me go. They have no proof of anything unless you give it to them.

Was out last night, saw a few on 82nd. Did not get a good look, too much rain, has been my experiance, when its raining like it was last nite, only the desperate are working, and they end up smelling like a wet puppy.

Maybe today and tonight will have better pickings.

Was out for a bit tonight. On 82nd atjust south of sandy, lots of le. 5-6 cars. Not sure what it was about. This was about 1230. And nothing was working at all.

I got pulled over a couple of years ago. I had stopped to check a voice mail message on one of the side streets off of 82nd. Apparently while I was doing that a girl walked pass me, who I didn't even notice.

Ended up getting a ticket for "failure to signal 100 yards before a turn." Odd thing is, I don't think the blocks in that area are even 100 years long. And certainly not that long when you're parked half way down it.

Well the weather sucks. Rain then sun. 82nd was vacant from stark to powell today. Made 4 trips. Varing times. Did not see anything.
