Please allow me to add to your list, one of my favorites, that is to integrate yourself a bit into the neighborhood. Avoid continual looping. If you don't like what is out there, take a break a get a bite to eat or do some shopping, and then return for a loop or two. There is a Safeway a few minutes from the W/W stroll at Mount Clare, and a Shopper's on Ritchie Highway five minutes from Fairhaven or Pontiac. Spend some legitimate money in the neighborhood and keep a lower profile at the same time.

Notice that the scene changes every 30 minutes or so, that is how long it takes for a SW to finish her cycle from the time she is picked up, to the time she is dropped off, so looping in shorter cycles does not change the scene much for you.
