Probably less than a session with one of the ladies. I'd guess if you don't have any insurance about 120. Oo for the exam, 100.00 for labs. And 50.00 for meds.
If you wait you risk advanced infection, longer period of discomfort. More expensive treatment plus longer wait to "play" again.

I can understand not responding at all if she's busy or just buried with messages. What I don't get is replying to my text after a few hours, I then immediately reply but she then goes silent again for a few hours. I've learned this is sure sign of irresponsible flake. No way am I risking trip to Gresham for someone that shows this behavior. And that's before obvious signs of needles.

The few minutes for reply is often due to shitty text apps.
Also, if this is your business, get a burner or second phone. Those laggy crap text apps are annoying as hell IMHO.

Not as much fun any more because so many of these girls are on something, and I am very adept at spotting the signs now.
