Current market dynamics have changed quite a bit.

Checking around some sites I tend to see drug addicts asking for <100 , "normals" asking for >300 with UTR/SB's asking for >500.

For someone like myself whose budget is in the 200 range. Am I out of luck?

I travel to Vegas every other month and hobby there several times each trip and the girls are a hell of a lot better there than here and asking for about the same rates. I think we all need to take a week off and see if that wakes them up with their rates. Something has to happen. I have not seen more than a handful of women here that could pull 3 bills and I see them posted by the truck loads.

I have drawn a line at 3. I have learned that going over that is useless and just throwing money away.
That being said it has gotten to a point where there is nothing in that area worth it.3 is the range that gets you a q.v. on SA or a high volume provider like the one

I agree. IMO as much as the price, the problem is quality. Compared to other cities like Vegas, our hookers want as much but are not in the same league. Sadly, since this is the black market, no amount of boycotting will do much good because somebody will break the line and I don't think most of them pay attention. On the plus side, the number of junkies seems to have gone down a lot after backpage shut down. That could mean they've moved on or are in brothels for all I know though.

Here's my suggestions for guys:

1. keep a spreadsheet or some tracker of date, provider, phone number, amount spent, time spent and a rating.

2. figure out your budget and stick to it aggressively.

3. if you're waiting more than 15 minutes in a parking lot send a message saying you need to leave even if you stay.

4. after you see a provider 3 times, ask about a regulars discount. If she doesn't do that then move on. If you're seeing a provider at least 2 times a month they should be willing to give a discount. If you're doing 1/ week then the rate should be cut at least in half.

5. I know the little head can be loud at times but after years of doing this I can tell you that it's better to jack off at home than piss away large amounts of money.

6. depending on how thirsty you are, set your price when you make the appointment. It doesn't work as much as it used to but I still have some success saying 120 for the hh, having the chick say 160 and then standing firm at 120 or 140.

Honestly given the quality and cost of living I think prices should go as:

Street walker:

BJ - 20-40.

Half and half - 40-60.
