I know we aren't suppose to save these girls and they need to figure it out but my goodness, is there a fucking way we can give them a push into the right direction? We all have those girls who are ALMOST there but they just need some luck to go there way. What would be the best thing to do about these situations? Because there are other girls as well that just need to give a bit more effort and things will definitely get better for them pending their bad habits and how much they let it control them.

Your last sentence says it all. If they're using, the habit ALWAYS comes first. Always. Buy them those things, come back a week later and the couch will be stained, have cigarette burns on it and will be missing a cushion because a roommate is using it for a pillow. The TV was sold or pawned before you were halfway home. The table is chipped and scratched. If they had control over their habit they'd have all those things already.

A lot of people (I could say "women" but I don't want to come down on one gender or the other) can't keep it between the lines. Those are the ones that seem to have a black cloud over their heads. They are always in trouble one way or another. I just found out that someone I know is about to lose their house to foreclosure. She has a job but is always underwater in debt. Just poor choices, as Dr. Phil would say. Her mother lost her house to a gambling addiction. These are otherwise "normal" people that dig themselves into a hole and can't seem to find their way out.
As HS says about the addicts: there isn't much any of us can do for those people. We are enabling their lifestyle by spending our money with them but my rationalization is that they are going to engage in that lifestyle anyways and there is nothing I can do to change anything. It is what it is. Take it or leave it.

Girlfriend. Monthly subscription plan.
Wife. Lifetime contract plan, penalty fee if cancellation.

Yes, the majority are using both Boy (Heroin) and Girl (crack). I know guys get mad at me for "driving the price up" by offering them 30, but for many that's the magic number because they can get a bag of Boy for 20 and a bag of Girl for 10. If they can get 40 for full service they're very happy because they can get a pack of smokes or a few bags of chips and a soda as well.
That's why the streets are so predictably cyclic. They get money, they score, they use and 3-4 hours they are out there again for the next score. Pretty much 24 hours a day. Naps here and there, maybe 2 hours of sleep somewhere during the day. 24 hours in a day, out there every 4 hours, 6 tricks a day. And we wonder why they aren't overly enthusiastic most of the time.
$200 a day is $73,000 a year on dope which I wager is more than many of us bring home in a year. Then think of the well established dealer running a house. 5 SW's a day and maybe 10 others making money other ways and they're looking at $3000 a day or a million a year. That's not all profit they have big expenses, but figure they are clearing $200,000 or $300,000 a year. And that's at the street level. For every one that gets busted or killed there's another willing to risk it for that kind of money.
We tend to think of going down and getting our 20 or 30 dollar BBBJ, but the money involved is actually staggering.

Dawn back in the early 2000's I knew her fairly well and for every dick she sucked she had to give up half with a minimum of $10.00 a dick. So if she got low balled down to $15.00 she would only get $5. 00 out of it. Most of the time management is also the dealer so they get only their medication of choice and maybe a something to eat. With that said I think your numbers are low.

And, yes, I went conservative. The numbers are staggering enough. Watching the flow of traffic to some trap houses the numbers could easily be 5 times higher. I don't know if the non-SW's are stopping in once a day or making multiple trips and how much they are spending. I was basing it on the $200 average that multiple SW's have given me, a minimal number of 5 SW’s staying there, and minimal traffic above that. The larger ones could be turning a million a year in profit.

These last couple of days have been a whirlwind of new information regarding the money involved in this whole business. Thanks to HS for your valuable input! I asked a provider today about her daily habit and she said $150 covers it. I then asked what was her preference, H or crack? She said, " I'd pick crack but I NEED heroine. " I could cry writing this right now. So sad.
