Odd, my service was opposite of yours. But, I am a long time client though. I did not see Kevin or Susie when I came in, but girl at desk was accommodating during massage with no prompting. Anything less and you probably hope she doesn't see you come in next time. They share info on who tops what with their coworkers often.
