On more than one occasion, I've taken the phone from the therapist to quickly give directions or to end stupid calls. Freaks the crap out of the caller. 100% correct sometimes they like to be treated nice I've had two ladies in the past ask me to take them somewhere because no one else wanted to go and I wasn't doing anything so I went.
