Hope she stays clean regardless of what they decide.[/QUOTE]Each locality's Drug Court is different. Henrico is the hardest in the metro region. Judge Marshall is notorious for not tolerating bullshit. The three primary criteria are:
1. Stay clean.
2. Be honest.
3. Be on time.
Literally every time I've observed a drug court session (they're open to the public) the judges say "If you do 2 and 3, we can help you with number 1. ".
The unwritten 4th rule is to do exactly what they say. The folks that insist on trying to do things their way, or don't get how important it is to do what the judge says *and* do it when and how he tells them to, generally don't last.

Then if she shows you can feel her out. If she won't meet you in public then end it.
Just as I had feared, Lisa has been kicked out of the Drug Court program. She has a hearing next month where they will probably revoke her probation. You never know what the court will do but I think she is going to be on an extended stay vacation. I will miss her.
