When I ran Google Image searches on those pics they showed up mostly in three places Texas-Austin and El Paso, Queens, NY and lastly Denver. Sometimes the ads had her in Queens and Denver at the same time using different aliases and ages.

If that isn't enough of a warning the ad is bs than consider this. Back on May 15,2016 some monger on ECCI reported that a gal using these pics in her ad going by the alias Kareena (19 yo) was under the control of an abusive pimp, but he and another guy helped her get out that situation.
