Since this forum is here for edification, he we go.
You have no idea when he made his account, he could of been a member for years before he made his first post. As fair as his first post being about a "sketch provider" means nothing, this is the site where 98% of mongers get their feet wet in the hobby so there are a lot of first posts like Wodedajiji's (newbie posts).
We most be getting different search results, the pics look legit to me and I only seen two numbers in one or two states (City: Detroit and Las Vegas).
I would also like to point out Nick6789 post saying the girl "in the pics" is legit.
IMHO you jumped the gun with your "scam" post.
Didn't feel like making multiples, so I just replied to the most recent. Everyone else, take what you want out of this one.
By and large, yes, we do get different search results. Mainly because research (usually in the form of Opposition Research) is one of the things I do to make a living. And I'm pretty good at it. Good enough to be hired as an independent advisor across many platforms and needs.
Some resources that are public domain and any one of us here has access to:
Archive. Org (they, along with other internet archival sites) take "snapshots" of the internet at various intervals. These are known as Wayback Machines. The higher the ranking on places like Alexa.com means there will be more snapshots. Google and facebook have a shit ton, including multiples per day. Now, this only works for sites that are crawled and indexed. Those that remain anonymous like Fetlife have few if any snapshots.
Cached Results; when you look something up on google and there is a little pull down arrow next to the result header, click it and a box pops up with the word "Cached" in it. Click on that and it's pretty much the most recent Wayback Maschine snapshot. A lot of the links on what's revealed may not work, but there are digital images that you can visually check in the least.
Right Click on Image: If you're not on iOS, then yoiu can right click an image and select "Search Google For Image" at the bottom of this list. This will pull up all other instances of this image on the internet. Cached or otherwise. Click through those, right clicking as you go, and sooner than later as Bob's your Uncle, you're 100 tabs deep down the rabbit hole. But, you WILL find everything.
Now, just using 2 of these 3 resources, in as little as 5 minutes, I found Five different phone numbers, going back to more than that many cities, spanning over a year, and under at least two different names.
Red Flags;.
If the provider is legit, doesn't rob people, and is a decent provider then they would WANT only one phone number and one name. Otherwise, you're trying to run away from, or hide something.
Now, taking ALL of that into consideration, pile on a First Time Poster bringing it up? Yup, gunna err on the side of caution and assume anything with a decent blast radius from that alleged provider is equally bogus.
I'm 100% certain that she, as represented in these ads, is not whomst anyone will ever reach. I don't doubt that she's a stripper from Toledo, and may or may not have worked as a provider at some time. She's been zero on comms (I messaged her day of, and 6 times since using 4 different numbers).
The darker of the two images are an example of the differences between a cached result that can't be clicked through, and the lighter one that can be.
Now, I'm not trying to start a flamewar or anything stupid. Merely replying to various comments in this thread to hopefully answer the questions, and add some justifications behind my assumptions.
