I literally have gotten massages all over the world. In Brazil, it is almost impossible to get a legit massage because Brazilian women would rather have sex! Reviews can be graphic because of the nature of the services and legalities. In the US, we have to be more discreet and look out for women who can put out of business for performing massages without a license.
I find the best reviews the are ones that provide details on the legitimate massage. If a therapist puts forth the effort there, 99% of the men will leave feeling they got their money's worth and leave at least a $20 tip. If a guy is interested in a HE then he should consider where the therapist posts her ad. If it is under massage or therapeutic then the odds go down. If the reviewer says that he had a good experience and would return then most likely that good experience including a HE unless he specifically stated otherwise.
If you are looking for anything beyond a HE then candidly I think it often depends on you. I always shave and shower before a massage even if the place offers a table shower. I also get manicures and pedicures. If you do not think women notice and appreciate these things, you need to reevaluate your approach to women. At some point you also have to ask yourself why you want to have sex with a 50 year-old Asian woman when for the same amount of money you could see a young attractive escort.
Another important factor is who is posting the review. Do they seem to always have a good experience or are they a guy who is never satisfied?

So, ventured back to PAS today and found myself seeing Emily, who waited for me so I could see her after I wasn't able to see her yesterday.
