Is it a super sudsy thing or just a water hose rinse off?

How well they clean your butt and crack depends on the provider and the kind of AMP you are at. After rinsing you off, they will have you turn over, most places the provider will cover your privates with a washcloth. They will wash and rinse the front, some may give a quick wash of the privates, again depends on the provider and type of place you are at. When you are done, sometimes the provider will help you to dry off but others just leave you to dry yourself. You also have the option of having the TS before or after your massage.

Even finger up butthole to make sure it's clean. Surprised me the first time it happened. Then dries you with towel completely. My boner was always bouncing in front of her face when she dried my legs.
