Used to be almost 100% a, but it seems harder to set up these days than in the past for some reason, so I take more gambles with exchanging pics and getting right to it. I'm a weekday warrior so dinner / drinks is usually not on the table, and a full lunch could get awkward fast if there's no mutual interest or connection out of the gate.

STD / STI's have reach all time high's each of the last 6 years running and continue to be on the way up. It's pretty risky out there and you can't judge books by their cover. You can't take their word when they say "oh yeah I'm clean" or how they've only hooked up with a couple guys on SA, etc. They lie just as much as guys do.

I heard genital herpes was making the rounds on SA a couple years ago.
