Fees aside, I have tried L-RAs in an LMP, and L-RAs working in KAMPs. (Most of the KAMPs I have visited have at least one L-RA on duty.).
IMHO, the L-RAs working in a KAMP generally provide better service than an L-RA in a LAMP.
I think it's just all about management.

AMP with young Viet. Tip 150-160 FS not great service.
AMP with older Viet. Tip 60-100 for HJ and BJ but no FS. One in particular GFE but no FS.
LMP young. Tip 100 FS decent service.
AMP with Korean - 100 in So Cal. Just did Korean in Seattle area and it was 140 FS. Decent service.
