The only success I've had (with 2 different providers) was negotiating a frequent flyer type deal.

I. e. See you 2/3 x per month at why% discount.

Both were very open to it and didn't seem offended.

The one caveat is that I had been seeing them for a few months prior to making the suggestion.

Terrible business model and I am sure they can't figure out why its not helping their bottom line. The smart girls are lowering their full hour price, they rake in a bit more money and its not much of an effort on their part extend from QV to full hour.
