Please correct me if I am wrong.[/QUOTE]You are correct that 10% must be paid to the bondsman. He pays that to the county and pledges the rest of bail to the county if the perp skips bail. Bondsmen realize these are after all criminals he is dealing with. So, to cover himself, he requires someone else that wants to get the perp out to pledge to pay him back if the perp doesn't show. Based on amount and risk, it requires either someone with good credit or a pledge of collateral, like a car or a house. If perp shows, bondsman keeps the 10%. If perp skips, county keeps the 10% and goes after bondsman for the balance. Bondsman sends bounty hunters to bring perp in and get bond back from county or goes after guarantor and / or the collateral to cover all his losses.

Someone said 4th St? Maybe that's why. I gave up on 4th Street. Is the action improving over there again? If so, what section of 4th still has action? I suspect it's up around 83rd because closer to downtown, there's too many new businesses moving in. I'm actually surprised I haven't seen anyone out walking 9th between 4th and St. Anthony's lately.

Natalie Kat can be found walking just about anywhere on 34th Street and 38th Ave North. If you see her in the daylight you would have never picked her up. Her face is an acne mess from all her picking and her arms are tore up also. I am surprised you didn't see the marks they are very visible. She probably owed the D man in the park cash is why she got a black eye. She was in the trailer last year and it is full of traffic and a dump its not safe either.

The 2 times I hooked up with her were really sub par for what I was expecting. Never again! I also went back to the trailers and couldn't get comfortable because I thought my car was getting broken into while I was doing the deed. I'm tired of the oh I'm trying to pay my rent stories also. I took the drive to St. Pete just to do some window shopping and not to buy. The construction on Haines is a mess to the point where I got confused on where to go.

Scooped up Trisha across from the HD shop on 28th. She is the tall skinny blond with no tits. We did the LEO check and because I wasn't in the mood to sample I asked her if she had a place to go. She said "no" so I threw her back so she could walk to blow another day. The Bike shop was having an event and they had a few unmarks in the parking lot.

I traveled down to Grove and picked up a twenty something spinner. I didn't catch her name because I was too busy dodging the uncle. They seem to appear out of no where. This girl was cute, curly hair, shoulder length on the side. I was considering sampling the wears but her first words out of her mouth were, "I need. 5 to pay may landlord". We pull up to her "in-call" and she states, "my landlord is here collecting the rent. I need the money now. " She wanted me to give her. 5 (over priced to begin with), pull into a driveway with a tribe watching while she gives her landlord the flowers. Hell has not frozen over yet. Be careful of this one. Sorry about not getting the name.

Continued down 34th to 9th to 4th then back up to the triangle. Nothing until I got back to Haines where our uncle was interviewing the talent in a hidden parking area on Grove.

Well after hours or wasting gas all I found was Taoni and a BSW that had company after she saw LE watching her. Not even sure where the black dude with the back pack came from but he was watching her from somewhere. I know they have a driver that was circling the girls so it would be wise to pay attention to see who is following you.

Had his decoys out at the Cactus Motel earlier today around noon and a few men got pricked by the cactus. There were 2 average looking white females loitering near the corner of 34th St and 16th Ave and. When I passed about an hour later they were gone, but they may have taken a lunch break and they might be back out? It's just amazing how 110+ unsolved homicides are ignored while they 'trap' consenting adults in these stings? No deals through your open window and these turds won't rub off on you! BTW. The 2 decoys looked really a bit out of place as if they had accidentally strayed away from a Bumfuk, Iowa knitting group tour bus?

They don't have time to set up a sting to bust a ring of criminals breaking into cars in my neighborhood because they are too busy chasing otherwise law abiding guys looking for consensual encounters.
