Years ago I rented a room and had to leave. The deal was that I would allow her to use the room for the rest of the night and I would get an additional hour without charge. The little brain said hell yes, two hours for the price of one hour and a room. Thats when I saw my bill and it had upcharges for a room service breakfast, stolen hair dryer and excessive clean up.
My advice is to kick her out, check out in person stating that you have an emergency to go to, and clear everything up so as not to take any chances.

I guess my question is are you concerned about not staying the night or looking for cheaper rates? If the former then that is a different discussion. There are some places which rent by the hour and you will hear them called "Notels". Usually pretty run down and what you would expect from such places. Stick with the established hotels / motels, pay the fright and feel free to leave early (after the provider).
