Finally decided to go back to Serenity. Its been a while because my last visit there was not good (winter / ashley). This time I saw Jay. First thing she said when she entered the room was bitching about how cold the room was. She seemed to be a bit tapped out and said I'm her last customer for the day and she's ready to go home. Your original post noted that the positive reviews have made her rude and arrogant. Could it be possible that the positive reviews have nothing to do with your inability to schedule? The Panacea girls all appreciate the peace and quiet from their off times. It's why they use the MP.

So. Try calling Panacea. Or not. It's your choice. But it doesn't appear reasonable to conclude that Annie has declined based on every other review that's followed your review.
