I guess if you have a grandmother fetish, then its for you, but the massage hurts, no oil used whatsoever, they smell, in fact the whole place smells and I would not repeat or recommend.
Vitality is around the corner as well as another massage spa, so no Rivers for me.

Ok is it the location or is there another reason that rainbow isn't reviewed that much. Stopped here for the first time ever to check it out sat in my car for about 10 minutes because of all the traffic around but finally got the courage to say fuck it and walk in even with people standing right outside. I had Lucy she is cute I'd say a 7 in the face but I was instantly attracted to her body she has the right amount of meat on her not too skinny and not chubby. TS was good except she used a poof I like the skin to skin contact. The massage was very thorough just the right amount of pressure worked in between each vertebrate relieved a lot of tension in my back. Her tease was very sensual. Flip was good I enjoyed her technique she allowed roaming but I'm not aggressive on my first visit so it was otc on her ass I don't go further than that the first time. After the finish I received a very thorough front massage as well which is a first for me usually they massage your face a little then your legs but she did my chest arms and everything. I like Rainbow's setup the TS is similar to Zen's but Rainbow keeps the hot towels in the room so the provider was in the room the whole time no opening and closing to door constantly or anything. All in all I had a very good experience and I will repeat.

One recent reviewer noted that Zen was no longer his go to place and had slipped to the end of the line. I've never had a bad experience there, but had been frequenting Rainbow in recent months and decided to check Zen for myself. Well on a Charleston scale (vs. Myrtle Beach or Orlando) from 1 to 10 I gave my experience last Thursday an 8. I won't go into detail here on the public forum, but will respond with more information to personal messages, particularly those from members who share their recent experiences. I'm guessing not beng patrons for a few months at any of the local establishments may rattle some cages.
Or maybe they just need to train their staff on proper ettiquette and discretion. As well as stress the importance of the true nature of an asian massage parlor. Perhaps setup a massive discount package rate for law enforcement? LOL.
I take regular roadtrips down south now because of the power that my money commands in other locations. Even Dirty Myrtle is playjng a better spa game.

Charleston will probably never have AMP's like that here closest you are going to get is Asiana in Santee but the women there weren't even close in looks the only time I went there. I'm not even sure they are still open nobody reviews them maybe check the Columbia board but other than that here in Charleston it's YMMV and if you do get lucky enough to get anything other than the standard here its best kept to yourself or that provider might be gone next time you make a visit.

I haven't been in any AMPs here for over a month. If everybody stopped going into the AMPs here in the low-country, they will be forced to change and adjust. Please fellow mongers make the sacrifice of avoiding instant gratification, save some dough, take a weekend off trip to Orlando, and go experience good, quality dreams! If every single monger practiced this strategy, I promise you, the AMPs here will have no option but to operate as Orlando parlors do. We stop going untill we get more but let it known that is the reason so it ca spread throughout all the girls at AMP. Also you don't have to go to Orlando. If you stop going all you are going to wind up with is blue balls. You have to remember the shops operate at the ok of the local government. Each city decide what they will spend there time and resources. Is it worth arresting guest if one might be a soldier. The reason more is offered is because the local government do not want spend money on this small crime when there are more dangerous criminals. Charleston is a historic town they don't want full service here. Myrtle Beach is a tourist town but have a different local government that is more tolerant than here. So we are going to have to vote some freaky leaders into office.

I think the catch 22 is not everyone in the low country is on this forum so the AMP's here are still going to get business but I agree something somehow should be done because we can get better.
I enjoyed a very good session with Lucy. It was my first time at Rainbow. I called ahead for an appointment, asked who was working, Lucy was the only name I recognized from the reviews here. I loved the whole session and found her very pleasing. I wish Rainbow was not so far away, but it was worth the drive. 70 at the door, TS included, 50 tip, voluntary and appreciated.
Another woman working there Lucy told me was "Gee" or something I could not make out exactly.
So felt the need this morning and was passing by.

Don't think boycotting will happen. Like someone mentioned not everyone is up to talking a trip to FL for a good experience. Even than I've been to AMPs in ATL and it's closer. Went to Joy Spa few nights ago. I was fairly impress. First time there so wasn't that bad. Theys just like your other AMPs around here to be honest. Only pet peeve was when she left the room to answer the door or assist the other girl there. Guess she wanted to be nosey to see who it was. Not a fan of leaving during the massage but it is what it is. Massage was pretty good. She even walk on my back which was a first for me. Your normal HE was offered and she did allowed OTC touching. Try to went under but she was like no, no just over. She politely oblige. Will be back to visit but not one of those I have to go back and check out. TS was offered and it is available by the way.

I've went there twice but was months ago. The second time I went my provider came off like she didn't wanted to be there so just never bother going back. Times I did deceived to go back it was either to late or was tooo much traffic for me. I visited Rainbow before that club became popular. The funny thing is some of the shops that advertise Korean are actually Chinese that come from a part that was annexed by Chinese after the 2nd world war. That part of China used to belong to North Korea. The people from that area can speak both languages. All of the hotel massage girls advertised as Japanese and Korean on Backpage were all Chinese.
So shops that claim to be Korean Joy, rivers spa, crystal spa, green spa, zen spa, rainbow and healing care spa. (I have meet girls at a few that spoke Chinese) A new Korean spa is go to open around the 1st of November in Charleston.

I wanted to report on this AMP I went there yesterday. About 4:30 in the afternoon was greeted at the door by older lady but not horrible looking. She really tried to upsale me to the 90 minute massage but I saddled on 60 minute with a table shower. I should note that the shower was an extra 20 so total of 80.00 I didn't get the therapist name but I can say she was very thorough with the tape shower my only complaint is while I was in there they got busy all of a sudden and she went to the front to answer the door and left the shower room door open but in that time I was able to confirm a second younger fair upset was there once the shower was over we went back to the room massage was very so so standard handshake on the flip.

And they have an amazing selection compared to charleston. I have stepped out of getting the Charleston norm and save my time and $ for trips to MB myself. Sure, I go longer between visits to places now, but they have 2 local spots in particular where a $60 house fee and $120-160 tip goes a very long way and the selection has not been lower than a 9-10 for me yet. Hit up their forum or pm me for details if you need them.
She was trying to get you to do the 90 min massage because the do a free table shower with a 90 minute or longer massage. Luna and AAA does the same thing. So $80 for a 60 min and table shower or $90 for a 90 min and free table shower.

I'm talking about going to Florida and others are talking about going to Charlotte and the whole time we have places much closer. I talked about Florida because I had an experience unforgettable but like you said MB is much closer.
$20 Table shower was good and lasted about 20 min. Worth the money. All nice and clean.
