She was all bundled up for the weather. She may have been the same one I saw last week who I would have picked up but she was being way too obvious. Last week she was trying to get into a car with a guy who was stopped at a side street trying to make a left turn onto Greenfield. He either was not shopping or was spooked by her being so obvious right at a busy corner. We both took off and didn't go back. Hit the south loop in the cold on Tuesday night about 11 ish and both tracks were dead untill I spotted Jasmine all bundled up.
