I kept seeing such good reports on the service she provided and thought it was useful to demonstrate that it's not always so. Saw a vid on WHIO on how Lemon was closed, supposedly a task force finding 'illegal activity'. Response from city lease on ordinance measures to keep massage parlors out of city, maybe spreading this type of control throughout the region, and state efforts to tighten licensing.
