Guys. I've been out of the action for a while. A lot of my regulars from Follies have moved on. I've read that Mystery and Yasmine are good bets at Follies (I tend to like them slim, but a little meat and nice tatas does the trick too!) for FS. I only go there dayshift because the place is a shithole at night.

I also haven't heard anything about Oasis lately. Every time I've ever been there at night, it's been packed and I've gotten no indication of play. It is the perfect mix of Prom Queen and Skank, Cheerleader and porn queen, and hood rat and trailer park trash. Seriously, it is a pretty diverse mix. The few times I've gotten a dance with her mileage has been pretty low by Follies standards. Same for what I've observed others get. No reacharound, raised leg invitation, etc. I'll keep trying her, though, because she's so cute and sexy, and fun to talk with. No surprise re takeout, however. Not with any girl at Follies LOL.

Roosters was sold and then new ownership tried to upgrade the club and most of the old charm left. They tried to be more upscale but the upscalers didn't come and they lost the old cheap feelers types. They had probems with thier license as well. It closd and was sold again. This time it was all set up so you couldn't play scratch the snatch with out being seen and they had windows in the VIP rooms to keep the girls from giving blow jobs. They could not attract any upscale chicks and they just didn't come up with the cash flow.

It made an absolute killing the first 9 months, then it started to taper off until we were about 18 months out. We had a great club, about 30 girls, and it was the only one in about a 7 mile radius, but there is a lot of competition in Dallas, so I pulled out after that. It went about another 3 years, profitable, but not like it was initially. It is all in the setup, the safety (clients and girls) , and privacy (no BS cameras). There's also the cost factor. I would not charge a cover, instead, I'd just charge an extra $1 on each drink. The return would likely be higher. Even in today's economy, guys will go drink their paychecks if they have the right motivation. I'm just not sure why that area doesn't get the same kind of attention as others. Right off the highway, you'd think it would play better. That said, how about buying the old K-mart across from the Farmer's Market? We could do some things with that place, and maybe turn it into more of an "entertainment" center.

The place was packed. Got there around 4:30 which was a mistake. I usually try to be there at opening when there isn't so much patronage. Anyway, got dances from Anna. Young, very tall.
